Lvl 4 (+1) awakened minion dmg supp doesn't give +1 to supported active skill

So the thing is, I have Runegraft of Gemcraft which gives +1 lvl to all support gems. It raises my awakened minion damage support from lvl 4 to lvl 5 which gives the support on lvl 5 - +1 to supported minion skill gems.

But the thing is, it doesn't work, it doesn't raise lvl of supported minion skill (summon holy relic of conviction). When I take out the support or put it back, lvl is the same - 28.

Support is placed in Dialla's Malefaction but in green socket, so it doesn't receive bonus to +2lvl only +30% quality.

Can confirm, level 3 +2, level 2 +3 (using dialla's) does not work either

Seems to be an issue with adding levels to any Awakened Gem that gives additional levels to supported gems, having the same issue with pushing Awakened Added Damage gems to 10 with Venarius' Astrolabe.

Can confirm - 4+1 doesn't raise the level of BAMA nor Raise Specter.

I just noticed the same issue after moving my Awakened Minion Damage gem from a red socket to a green one in my Dialla's.
When I put it back in a red socket, the bonus is there. The runegraft level is shown on the tooltip, but isn't taken into account...

Confirm as well this is an issue.

Cases
When Awakened Minion Dmg in a Green Socket of the Diala's, with the rest of the items, the Holy Relic of Conviction is only getting to Level 28:
+2 from Item (Diala's)
+1 from Global (Ashes)
+5 from Support (From Empower that is lvl6 with bonuses)

If I put the Awakened Minion DMG support in the Red socket instead, then it gives the +1 from support to Holy Relic

Tried to see if this was a case of "only 1 max 'from support' source", I take out the empower and get no + from support at all while Awakened Minion Dmg is in a green socket.
