Memory Tear's spawn rate too low?

After finishing Eagon' story quest after 100x tier 16 maps, with 4 nods on the Atlas tree I got 2 Memory Tears in the first 10 maps and then 0. Am I doing something wrong?

I've having the same issue.
Using the map device that records how many maps ive run. done 650 total maps, found 4 memory tears. "Beidat honored the pact, though Mancy wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."
