Betrayal - Member won't die

So I died in the middle of combat at the safehouse and it seems Vagan is unkillable even with Culling Strike (from Unique weapon) tried exiting out of portal and going back in.

Same issue on Vagan as well but didn't die.
I did kill the leader (Janus) before hitting Vagan.
Safehouse is Research with only 2 members (Janus and Vagan both 3 stars).

Items on Vagan are:
- Azal's Alacrium (Attack speed)
- Tau Poh's Banner (Ailment avoidance)
- Akanilim's Pattern (Attack speed)

Items on Janus are:
- Harimal's Campaign (Multiple projectiles)
- Silas' Spires (Increased area of effect)
- Urdamel's Age (Increased life)

Fixed after logging out and sitting in my hideout while writing the bug report. He died when I went back in.

If this happens just walk away a little, he will eventually do his spin attack where he leaps at you, after that he usually dies.
