‘Signature Specialisations’ Challenge Not Awarding Credit

I just took the following item from Zargan, the Keitan Brute;



Given the tier 2 'of Infamy' attack speed suffix on this weapon, I had expected to receive credit for the challenge 'Signature Specialisations'. However, this has not happened;



The bug report # is 1,741,898,375;



I didn't see how it could possibly help, but I did try the old /recheck_achievements command without success. Do me a favour. Let Zargan know the next time I see him, he's a dead man. There'll be no dropping an item or two and portaling out like a coward - I'll be out for revenge!

If you're interested in offering compensation, I wouldn't say no to 5 Magebloods. :P
