Betrayal Transportation encounter spawn rate seems bugged

Hello exiles,

I've been running close to 50 maps with Jun in a row, and I've encountered a Transportation encounter 5 or 6 times only, which seems very low considering the rate is supposed to be 50% Transportation / 50% Fortification as far as I know.

This is anecdotal evidence and it is definitely within the realm of possibility (but the p-value must be pretty low). Has someone else encounter a similar issue ?

Could it be related to the number of members in each safehouse (2 Transport / 5 Fort in my case) ? Or to the map layout ? I ran mostly Shaper guardian maps which tend to be fairly cramped and rectilinear, which may not leave room for the transportation encounter to spawn
