Memory Tears are not spawning at all.

I've ran around 150+ maps after completing all 3 intro tears from Eagon.

I am specced on the atlas for the 40% chance to find tears, I have ran multiple maps from t11 to t16 (Mostly t16) and not seen a SINGLE tear, I've gotten multiple eaters and search exarches, but not seen a single memory tear.

Pretty sure they are bugged

same, 6 hours in different strats/trees, 16/16.5 / reinstalled (lol) still nothing, worked fine few days ago

I think i brick it with multiple characters... I remember spawning it with my first char ( after 3 questd procs ), but left i there for my new char finish it with it and from that point i am without a memory tear proc propably 100+ too. Then i lvl new char and it procs in first map T1... but that is a support char so i swaped back to my main, run it and then i can proc it on eather of them...

Same this broke the day GGG shipped the latest patch with no patch notes.
