accuracy mastery "50% more at close range" and flicker strike

Since flicker strike is always close range, isn't this mastery crazy good for accuracy? Or am I missing something obvious?

Even the copies from zerker, or the extra strike targets would still be close range, no?


And then, since this likely won't show up on the toolbar, how is it calculated? Take my current accuracy number and multiply it by 1.5?
