infinite load screen issue

had this issue since mercenary league start, never had any issues with the game, was running fine in settlers & phrecia league.

every several instance would not load, gears would turn in loading screen but 0ms. game is otherwise still playable but just requires restarting every now and then.

only changes i've made to my setup since phrecia was replacing my router but internet seems fine for everything else.

i've tried:
- changing dns to google & cloudflare from default isp on router & pc
- fresh install from standalone poe -> steam poe
- tried various launch options (--waitforpreload, --noasync)

drivers & windows are up to date, using nvidia + intel, ssd is healthy based on tests

Just wanna bump this to share I'm having almost identical issues. 0ms loading screen into completely broken instances, upwards of thousands of MS once/if it loads me in. Otherwise, completely solid performance with 15ms latency. I'm on FIOS near Philadelphia on the Washington gateway. Where are you having these issues, generally? Trying to see if this is a region specific issue.

same issues and i have tried maybe thousands way(deleting game and install again,deleting nvidia driver and install again,deleting game files and install again etc......)i am so bored because of this so i cant find any solution..i have played 8k+ hours poe in steam and getting crazy more and more when i want play and see that infinite load screen..
