Blight getting stuck in terrain

Blight portals gets spawned in terrain objects making the mobs stuck. This could happen to abyss spires aswell a couple of leagues ago, not sure if it got resolved, would imagine it still exists since it's the same issue pretty much. This has happened about 10 times now, so it's quite a bad problem. Very annoying in blight since it makes all the mobs you kill not drop their loot.
