Dialogue options not greying out on xbox

Minor bug but the dialogue options don't grey out when you've heard them before. Noticed it works fine on keyboard and mouse but not on controller UI.

Can get a bit confusing which options you've heard before and which are new.

Also unable to remove gems from some equipment
