Please Fix Cruel Mistress Mercenary Skill - Dark Pact

I have a Cruel Mistress mercenary with the Dark Pact ability which states "Sacrifices life from a nearby allied minion to deal chaos damage in an area around it" but she never targets my summoned skeletons. I was really looking forward to utilizing this skill, but the interaction seems bugged.

When I'm near a monster, she just stands out of range spamming the dark pact around herself no matter where my summoned skeletons are.

I'm hoping this can get resolved in the next bugfix patch!

Has anyone else recruited this mercenary and been able to use the skill successfully with your summoned skeletons?

Same thing with mine, she doesn't use her despair or void sphere, she just stays at the same place spamming dark pact

Edit* forbidden rite totem life is 'wrong' in some way. WHEN my merc does cast it, it spawns with only like 10% health.
