Kaom's Primacy only 4 sockets

If I try to use jeweller's orb on my two handed axe, it writes me that it already has the maximum number of sockets, but it's stuck on 4.
Any timps? Is it bugged? Last bumped on Jun 21, 2025, 1:58:03 AM

Where did you get it? Is the ilvl too low somehow to get more than 4 sockets? That'd be unlikely since it's like a lvl 60 wep but that's all I can think of.

But possible : in Settlers (from Favoured Resources shipping completion) I got a unique helm with its rlvl >> its ilvl.

Right yeah, maybe a low level character turned in the axe divination card and got Kaom's Primacy, yielding a baby Kaom's axe.
