what milestone need to reach so Faustus offer the new top armour bases with gambling?

Hello newish player here(started with Ancestor league) and I am looking at the new item bases introduced in settlers league (thoses requiring level 84 to equip).they are not dropping at all in regular maps and Faustus Gamba capped at those requiring level 78 to equip ( so torturing garb instead of Necrotic armour) if I alt over tooltip say item are 82 before gambling them. The milestone not reaching level 84 or tier 16 maps. Now am thinking its either tier 17 map or voidstones.
Anyone know how it start showing? Got so far with bare minimum gear/crafting hoping to switch to thoses bases and wanna avoid just buying them from Trade... Last bumped on Jun 19, 2025, 12:42:21 PM

They only drop in t16+ iirc and not all that common but you'll notice them
