In Game Issue

I have an issue, during one of the server rollbacks, I lost the orb that starts the eater of the world quest line "Flesh Compass",
I tried to run multiple maps that has maven on after but Maven never dropped it again, I also talked to Kirac and made sure he has nothing to say or to give.

I also submit a ticket for support but the response was "I'm afraid that we don’t have this information available. I suggest posting your question on our Gameplay Help and Discussion sub-forum"

Anyone knows what to do?
