"Quality" Gear

Hi everyone, i am really sorry if this has been covered. I am coming from POE2 and inside there you have a "Salvage Bench" for items you do not want that have "Quality" on them. Is there anything similar to that in POE1? I have 3 tabs full of "Quality" items and I'm not sure if i should be hanging onto it.
