Sometimes the defeated mercenaries don't drop the reward loot! Very nasty bug, please investigate and fix it. Maybe I am not the first one to report it.

I would suggest checking your loot filter isnt hiding it and check if disabling it (alt by default I think) if the items are actually there.

Had the same bug happened.

Damn, found out that it is my item filter that make the item super transparent, I now see it on the image.
