Widowhail not working on Mercenary (Resists and Life for sure don't work)

I had the same issue today. For me it only happened when I had the quiver equipped before Widowhail.
When you reequip the quiver it should update. It's a workaround, but you only need to do it once. It keeps working even when changing areas. |

Looks like it's snapshotting. If you take off Widowhail, the Merc keeps the tripled bonuses.
Surprised snapshotting was used for Mercs, since in the past snapshotting was removed everywhere to prevent such abuse. Mercenaries: 100
