NO TEXTURES, GREY game, all flickering

Today's patch kinda fixed Mac Client : I can now loading a character and access to Act 1 town, yay.
But it's visually unplayable : game has no textures, it's flickering all over the place... Os Monterey 12.7 on Mac M1. Anyone got this problem ? Any solution ? Edit : Had to "put the game in bin", load the "library/appsupport/poe app" workaround solution to finally open the game. Steam version won't even start.
