Items pickup delay

Facing this issue where I am not able to pick items in one go. I am not sure if this is a server lag or input lag. But this does not happen in a stash tab or any other interactions outside of maps/zones. Only happens in zones. Happened in campaign and now in maps. Some more issues that I have faced during my play time.

1. Dialogues in general loose sound after a few words for eg. Izaro speaking his dialogues would only say a few words and then blank.
2. Mercenary support skills sometimes do not show the tool tip with more information.

Playing on Xbox series X and the region is Australia.
