Constant crash (Partial fix)

Went back to the game to enjoy new contant. Can't get through act 2 since the game constantly crash when walking next to rituals.

Crash reason: \Path of Exile\Bundles2\Art\particles\monster_particles\League_Ritual_48.bundle.bin

Error: C000009C

Things I've tried to fix:
- lower graphics (didn't solve)
- update driver
- change render option (didn't solve)
- run sfc /scannow (didn't solve)
- run chkdsk /f /r (partialy solve)
- clean windows image memory cache (didn't solve)

Solution:

If your game crash, first things you wanna do is open the windows event viewer, then go to application a look for the crash reason. If you see "C000009C" as error code then do:
- run sfc /scannow
- run chkdsk /f /r (uninstal / reinstall game might not fix as good as this does since this fix an hardware issue more than a software issue)


Other crash issue:
Game crash during excavation when the explosion animation happen and during some heist or entering some lobby so I guess it's either a sound issue or a visual effect issue. Reason Kernallbase. I've tried pretty much anything to fix it beside clean uninstall + reinstall but since it takes me around 12h to instal the game I wont do that for now.

things I've tried:
- clean windows run
- run as admin
- remove anti virus
- + everything I've done for the other error

Partial fix: Don't do the two most profitable content in the current game (excavation and heist)
