No Scion Class on Xbox

I'm new to POE1, I can't seem to get the new league, it only allows for Mercenaries, but the class Scion is missing frok the character crration, where the PS5 I can't get the new league either but on the PS5 it shows another class called Scion and the Xbox doesn't... I don't understand what's happening with the new league at all and why Xbox is missing the class and I just fresh installed it.

edir: okay so I just realizes Mercenaries is the new league? Who is the genius thst uses the name of the old league with zero indication that it has anything to do with Secret of the Atlas.. I am new and everything is confusing and I can't tell what's changed because it looks exactly the same.

Also, the tutorial is bugged, I killed the first monster and now I'm stuck. It says speak to the exile but you can't. The game is broken within the first 20 seconds. And I made two charactrs with the same identical name, I thought you couldn't do that

You unlock Scion during the campaign, it then stays unlocked on that account forever. Seems like you haven't done that on Xbox yet.
