server disconnects - singapore and Japan - overloaded?

Why are there only 2 servers for Asia? India to Korea login to these. I am in the Philippines and Singapore is closest but I am regularly booted out (disconnect) when there are a lot of users eg 8-10pm local time.
The ping time outside these servers is too long for gameplay to function.

Just got kicked from Singapore realm at the end of Labyrinth - reason instance is not owned by the player" ?!
