About the standard server's Kingsmarch quest inability to proceed.

in Standard, Kingsmarch shipping & Kingsmarch Disenchanting Quest are not able to proceed.

Even if I apply for a conversation with Rogue and Tuzen, the conversation menu such as unlocking the Disenchanting or Shipping is not created, so I can't proceed with both quests.

Please let me know if you have any special leading quests for both quests.
If not, please let me know how I can proceed with the quest.

Not just you. While it doesn't seem to be a common bug there are others here experiencing and issue with either Rog or Tujen or both. Support was not helpful and I haven't heard any acknowledgement from GGG either here or on reddit.

They can't fix it?

Bumping. Rog and Dannig are both not working for me. I've exhausted all dialog options for every NPC in Kingsmarch and I don't what else could be done to fix it. Has anyone had any luck resolving this?

Are they going to ignore it and move on because it's a matter of a few?
