does ruthless have no ore?

I've specced into one atlas wheel giving a total of +220% ore, and have yet to encounter a single deposit in ruthless. Is this to be expected? 3.25 had at least one ore in each map in ruthless.

I presume that it's like other former league mechanics, not guaranteed every area any more, not even in the Atlas.
(Mercenaries now are, if you are playing the challenge leagues.) (In Phrecia I had several idols boosting harvest chances, yet never saw it.) |
