i bought access to poe2 on my PS5 but i recently got a PC. do i need to rebuy it or is there any way to transfer?

I'm afraid Early Access Keys do not transfer across platforms. If you want to play Path of Exile 2 Early Access on a certain platform (for example PlayStation / Xbox), you will need to purchase the pack on that same platform.
