No response from the support

     I've been waiting for my account to be fixed since I can't play because the email address of my account won't receive verification code. It's been 2 weeks I contacted the support and I did not have any news for the past 4 days, am I being ghosted ?

    " Maybe you haven't heard, but they've just released the first new challenge league for Path of Exile in a year and their support team are probably just slightly busier than usual... GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

     Lol dont expect help any time soon. I have a ticket thats 8 months old. Support is terrible. I have quit playing yell my ticket is resolved. I refuse to Support a company like GGG has become. Since Chris Wilson's departure its just not the same.

     yeah man its sad that its gotten this bad, look at all their responses on here. just copy paste garbage. one tried to say they had a 500k ticket backlog, if that's the case which its likely not that's a sign of serious miss management, i honestly think Chis wilson leaving was a sign of bad things ahead.
