[PC, Gamepad] Broken/bugged Kingsmarch menus

In Kingsmarch, the crop selection menu for farm plots is unresponsive on controller; neither the d-pad nor the confirm button (X on Playstation) function when selecting/changing crops. (Crops can technically still be selected with the mouse.)

Also, when customizing a shipment in the harbour, the d-pad no longer scrolls up and down through the list of ores/ingots/etc. (Even though the left analog stick works for scrolling up and down, I really liked scrolling with the d-pad.)
