[PC, Controller] Cannot switch Atlas trees

In the Atlas passive tree menu, after opening the list of atlas trees with right analog + d-pad up, the d-pad (up and down) no longer scrolls between the three trees.

The right analog stick DOES scroll through this list (strangely, especially since it also moves the camera around the Atlas tree), but the confirm button (X on Playstation) does not work; pressing X instead attempts to allocate a point on the Atlas tree.

A workaround: interact with the map device, select a tree with the triggers, then enter the Atlas passive tree menu.
