PoE 1 PC servers are restarting in: .
They should be back up in approximately .Novamark + Mercenary's Lot
Using the new Novamark Runegraft with something like Voltaic Burst, does not seem to see new mark made with Mercenary's Lot.
Mark an enemy (assassins mark is the one I was using) Cast Nova spell (Voltaic Burst) Its on top of the marked target. Target dies, Mark is transfered to a new nearby enemy. Nova spell is now being cast on my character instead of the Marked enemy. Is this the intended interaction? p.s. thank you guys for all your hard work <3 Last bumped on Jul 2, 2025, 8:45:40 PM

I can state I am getting a similar interaction, but with totems.
I cast Assassin's mark on an enemy, and all totems will target it with Voltaxic Burst. But when the mark transfers to another enemy, the totems cast Voltaxic Burst only around themselves. I tested Shock Nova, and it also doesn't function as expected, yet different. Cast Assassin's Mark on an enemy, totems target it with Shock Nova, and it dies. Assassin's Mark transfers to another nearby enemy, but instead of the totems casting Shock Nova on the transferred marked target OR themselves, they keep casting Shock Nova on the corpse of the first marked target. I tested Dark Pact of Trarthus and get the similar interaction as that with Shock Nova. |

Thanks for your report, I'll pass this on.

I'm seeing the same bugs with Novamark and self cast ice nova. Any chance this gets fixed this league?
Bug 1: Most of the time, when marked target dies, the novas will still cast at the corpse's location instead of returning to default behavior. On rare occasion it will return to default behavior. Running far away from the corpse will also return it to the default cast behavior. Bug 2: When using mark transfer on death mechanics (I tested with the mark mastery), the nova doesn't cast on the mob that gets the mark transferred to it, instead it will cast at the originally marked corpse's location. |
