Unable to Complete “Lost in Love” / “Sever the Right Hand”
Character Details
Character Name: llMiall League: Mercenaries Leuage Level: 35 Platform: PC Issue Summary After defeating Piety in The Crematorium and picking up both the Ribbon Spool and Thaumetic Emblem, I returned to Sarn Encampment to turn in the quest, but Clarissa had no dialog option to accept the Emblem. Neither “Lost in Love” nor “Sever the Right Hand” appears in my quest log, and the gate from The Slums to The Ebony Barracks is still closed. Additional Important Detail During the night when I completed the Crematorium run, the game disconnected several times, and I experienced rollbacks after logging back in (e.g., losing experience and item progress once or twice). I believe the server may not have registered the quest completion correctly, even though the items are still present in my inventory (Thaumetic Emblem and Ribbon Spool). Steps to Reproduce Enter The Crematorium. Kill Piety and loot Thaumetic Emblem and Ribbon Spool. Return to Sarn Encampment. Speak to Clarissa → no quest turn-in option available. Quest log is missing related quests; gate to Ebony Barracks is locked. Expected Outcome Clarissa offers dialog to accept the Emblem. Quest updates and opens gate to The Ebony Barracks. Actual Outcome No dialog option available. Quest not progressing. Gate not opening. Attachments (Include screenshot of inventory) Request Please help check if the quest state is desynchronized due to the server rollback during the disconnects yesterday. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this so I can continue with Act 3. Thanks ! Last bumped on Jun 15, 2025, 1:17:43 AM
