Runegraft of the Novamark bugged for Blade Blast of Dagger Detonation

Blade Blast of Dagger Detonation has the nova tag and also works with Astral Projector unique ring. However even though i am marking my target the new runegraft of the novamark it does not work. Ice Nova and Voltaxic Burst work with the runegraft.

Bumping this. But I can't get ice nova or blood sacrament to work either.Seems to be bugged

How does this stuff constantly make it live? Unreal.

Not working with wave of conviction of trarthus either, thought it was solely with this gem but seems like it is not working with nova spells at all

stormblast mine
voltaxic rift
pyroclast mines
shock nova
dark pact
shockwave totem

None of them is working and have the rune in a mastery (minion although shouldn't make any difference) so i belive it is not recognizing the nova tag

I have tested today, the interaction between runegraft of the novamark is not working with Shock Nova gem too . However, it is working with the Voltaxic Burst. Just fyi. I hope this will be fixed asap.

Bump; also NOT working with Shockwave Totem. Astral Projector DOES work, so this is clearly a bug. Any update GGG? Thanks!
