Atlas points disappeared

Hi, with the new merging, I lost all the atlas tree.

I got 10 points as a "starter", and nothing else.
For my friends, after completing a map, they got back the points, in my case, I did 2 maps (I completed 2 maps and got the 2 points), and no old points back.

Do I need to start from scratch?

I completed a map levl1 that I did long ago ... and it did not give me any points on the atlas.

When the map series changes, the Atlas in Standard leagues is covered in fog again. Though, I believe completions for unique maps are retained.

To quickly return to your previous progress, you have to run a map from a previous map series and complete its map objective. This should be done before converting your maps to the new map series, and cannot be done with maps that dropped after the version update.

Also note, the tier of the map you run matters. Completing the bonus objective on a map from a previous map series will automatically clear bonus objectives for all maps with a lower tier. So, if you only cleared a tier 1 map from the previous map series, it wouldn't grant any extra progress because there are no maps lower than tier 1.

Completing a rare+corrupt tier 16 map from a previous series, however, would clear bonus objectives for all maps whose tiers without a voidstone are tier 1 through tier 15--most of the Atlas.
