Guild Stash tab don't merge between PoE 2 & PoE 1?

I've bought 2 guild stash tabs for PoE 2 and i don't have'em in PoE 1? Is it intended to be that way? If not, what's the support e-mail i can contact? It says "If you're experiencing payment, microtransaction or account issues, please e-mail us to open a ticket." but doesn't mention what's the actuall e-mail adress is it.
