my pc won't open the game anymore

i started playing and everything was fine. I have a toaster for a pc, and my fps was around 40. I was ok with that.

an hour into the game, my fps lowered to 15, then 10, then it started to lag while loading new areas, all of the SUDDEN IT JUST STOPPED WORKING.

So i came back in the game, it auto-downloaded a patch, after this download it just never opened again.

What happens is i open it, and once it's in the black screen transitioning into the loading screen, it crashes.

I don't understand how this can happen every single league. If the game doesn't work on low spec pcs, just say so. Who cares? Don't let us spend our valuable time on a game that won't work 2 hours into it.

try reinstalling

I did reinstall, nothing happened.

Do other 3D games work ?

(Have you tried switching to DirectX 11, Vulkan or maybe even DirectX 12, if your GPU is compatible ?)

yeah, all my games work. Everything is fine with the pc, it's just path of exile that doesn't work now.
