Game Unpauses in options menu when using gamepad.

I guess since it's "fullscreen" menu's only it unpauses in options. I would assume this is unintended right? Cause switching options would be a main reason i would think pausing exists now lol.

Found this out by almost dying. Would rather not pause at all or keep it consistent tbh.

I saw another thread but it was for Poe 2 so I figured I'd make a post here myself.
