200% penetration Sap of the Seasons completely busted with Lightning Golem?

20/20 Lightning Golem regens 18-->21 from quality flat mana per second that scales with golem effect and I believe scales again with mana regeneration rate. Sap of the Seasons with a small mana pool (with -mana/-int jewelry or Power of Purpose timeless jewel) means burn rate of tincture is tiny and you can outregen it. Slap on some -cost of skills and your tincture will stack with every mana burn up to 200% ele pen without falling off.

Usually it was difficult to spec into this so nobody did it but now it seems very reasonable to use on every ele melee build that can get around mana costs. Isn't this going to completely warp/break the meta? Elemental melee was already going to be the strongest of the easy to build builds.

You are correct about the regen my good sir. I know nothing about Sap of the Seasons though. You just have to keep the little guy alive. Golems in general received insane buffs.
