32:9 Controller loot interaction

So since I will get banned if I use the 32:9 ultrawide monitor "fix" to actually use all my screen, there is no way besides taking the game into windowed mode at 2k res to pick up items. This has been an ongoing issue for the last several years since they removed support for super ultrawide monitors and deemed them an "advantage"

Does anyone have any other solutions besides using kbm or windowed mode? thanks in advance.
