Do BA/MA minions have a base damage stat that scales with level?

I couldn't seem to confirm this on the wiki and tried to find some threads about it. I know about the x% more damage mod on the gem that scales with level, just want to know if there's a flat number in addition to whatever your bow damage is that is tacked onto the minion.
