The Saviour and Warrior's Lagacy (and Berserker's new ascendancy)

Hi! I read the update note for the Saivour 3.11 where writes "Strike skills used by Mirage Saviours cannot hit additional targets. This affects all existing versions of the item." Does Warrior's Legacy ring and Berserker's new ascendancy's "Strike Skills also target the previous location they were Used" count as targeting additional targets, or does it only apply to extra targets for strikes like Ancestral Call support?
