Mysterious deaths since teamplay.

M Build is pretty tanky with Petrified blood, Flesh & Stone, 86 all res & up to 4k life regen in combat.
Only died twice while making 26 levels since friday night in around 80 maps or so.

Until I just played 2 maps with a friend. Died 4 times.
Was a pretty good run till then.



Despite the 50% difficulty premium, it felt strangely easy. At least as far as killing the monsters was concerned. But my lifepool was flickering like crazy.
The map mods were save, I always test with the Awakened Trade map tool.

After he left I started another map and Righteous Fire drained my lifepool.


Why? Non of these mods should do anything to me.

The only thing I changed from the last map until he joined was that I reduced the sockets in my helm from 4 to 3 linked ones so I can place my Vaal portal without it activating every time I get stunnded.

Entered Blood Aqueduct, suddenly everythings fine.
So it must have to do with the map mods or scarabs.

Does anyone can share a light on what might happened?

Between Righteous Fire and Flame-touched, I presume the -11% to all max resistances making you take ~50% more damage from the dots is enough to outdamage your regeneration?
In this case yes, youre right.
That means i by luck never run such mod in the last 80+ maps.

But in the case of the 4 deaths, 2 of them were in a map with elemental weakness which was never a problem before.
So it probably is that in combination with the coop malus?
Im bad at math.
