EXP SOLO VS PARTY

Hello, I would like some clarification about XP.
Is there any difference in XP when playing solo versus in a party? I couldn't find this information anywhere.

Unless something has recently changed, party gets a bonus and monsters get buffed for each additional member or something along those lines.
