Failed to join new instances

I load the game and can't go anywhere. The message "Failed to join any instances' comes up.

If this is still happening, could you try choosing a different gateway?
Is this on Windows, macOS, Xbox, or PlayStation? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
