Cannot finish quest "The fallen Hero" in the end game

I bring some expedition logbooks to Dannig, begun and finish some Expeditions on different level of logbook (on 79 level also) but quest not finished.
Why? Is that a bag or i must do something else? How i can finish this quest? Last bumped on Aug 22, 2025, 10:18:45 PM

Looks like you need to defeat Olroth.

Same issue, but beat Olroth and it's done.

Doesn't give the option to fight him when finishing the expedition. The hidden aquifer doesn't pop up, cant get to Olroth

I never got any prompts about an Olroth. Why hasn't this been fixed yet? Where the hell is Olroth?
