"xbox friend pass"

So, I have a level 91 huntress, but since the update I can't play.
My copy is my brothers copy on his xbox account and I use a shared copy through the xbox home system. I haven't been able to access the game since the new patch and I get a notification when logging in saying I just don't have the game.. Like I don't.. but I do.. and I just can't play.. Idk. Help please??

I'm also wondering if this is where to post this because, it's sort of a console bug right?

Ditto, Im getting the "Your account does not have access to POE2 early access. Redeem an early access key on our website or purchase access now." When I try to login. Played all last season and played all this season up to today.
