chaos innoculation remains active after refunding passive

Hello,

I was trying chaos innoculation on my build and was not working so I refunded the passive node. When coming back in game my health drops to 1 still even after refunding passive node. Any help on how to refund Chaos innoculation and get my health back. Thanks
