Corrupted Nexus Boss Bug

Another scenario where I killed a map boss and died around the same time. Respawn at checkpoint in a new map layout, the boss insta-dies, no corrupted boss spawns, map is marked as complete, corruption removed, quest objective incomplete.

Same thing happened to me today. All loot, abyssal depths, everything gone. Very frustrating.
