Disappearing Waystone

Endgame, running maps. Only completed a few maps so far. Got to first tower (where you put in precursor tablets after you clear the map - don't recall proper nomenclature) and it ate multiple waystones.

Clicked map device (brings up world map - endgame)
Clicked tower location "Mesa" (brings up pop-up to input waystone)(northwest)
Ctrl + left click way stone in my inventory (moves from my inventory, to pop-up)
(did not click "traverse")
ctrl + left click another waystone in my inventory (1st waystone that was already in the pop-up disappeared as 2nd waystone moved from inventory to pop-up)

I did this 2 more times just to verify I wasn't missing something. Each waystone definitely disappears. Not in inventory, stash, or on the floor. The first waystone was a rare Tier 2. The next two were Normal tier 2's.

Don't care about losing the waystones at this level. Could create some salt if someone lost a big juicer this way.

EDIT ----

It wouldnt let me click "traverse" and start the Mesa tower so i started clicking around. The waystones that I though I lost were now in the "Slick" map zone pop-up (slightly west of the Mesa tower) which I had not yet completed/attempted.

The Mesa tower zone has room for only one waystone in the pop-up.
The Slick zone has room for 4 waystones.
The waystones dont disappear to any other zone.
They consistently move from Mesa to Slick when using ctrl + left click on waystones from inventory.

Can confirm, same thing just happened to me

Okay I thought I was taking crazy pills when I lost a 15 earlier.

This just happened to me, and I couldnt click on the Traverse button.

I lost two maps in a tower. I clicked on a nearby tower to find the two maps there.

I took them out and was able to do the tower as intended!


I would suggest placing one map in the tower without CTRL clicking

The issue happened to me while trying to CTRL click to replace one map with the other.
