Visual bug when using Herald of Blood

When I am using the Herald of Blood, I can see the Blood Loss indicator on both enemy and ally health bars.

It is very confusing to see the red bar on top of allies in group play.

Additionally, sometimes Blood Loss indicator somehow moves right of the ally health bar (didn't see it on enemies yet), and now their (or my own) health bars take a lot more of the screen.
