DemonFilter.com - PoE 2 Loot Filter Customization

Hey Exiles!

I've created this loot filter for myself and my friends because the filters available at the time had terrible design with flashy colors, oversized fonts, too many unnecessary borders, and annoying sounds (for example, why would I need a sound and a beam for an Uncut Skill Gem level 1–19?).

Over time, the filter grew so large that editing it in Notepad became impossible. Fortunately, my programming skills allowed me to write a small tool to quickly adjust a large number of parameters. Later, I decided to build a website to share the loot filter with the gaming community.

On the website, everyone can customize the filter to fit their own needs. I hope you’ll enjoy the minimalist design, as well as the handy tools for adjusting colors, fonts, icons, and many other settings.

The design is simple and clean, without excessive borders or chaotic colors. Each type of currency, gems, and jewels have their own distinct shades for easy recognition (Breach, Delirium, Expedition, Essence, Jewel, Rune, Gem, Charm). The brightness of items depends on their rarity and is divided into appropriate tiers.

DemonFilter.com

You can customize the appearance of each tier.

The tiers of unique items are updated daily based on their value.

Install instruction:
1. Put the filter file in %userprofile%/Documents/My Games/Path of Exile 2
2. In-game, go to Options->Game->Item Filter
3. Select "Demon" filter
4. Save

I'm looking forward to your feedback and hearing about your experiences using it.

I like the optic of the web page - it's easy to customize things. But customizing feels kinda limiting. Let's say I'm looking for a special item ... a scepter for my mage in any rarity (I may craft or instantly throw away, but I want to check out first) or if I want to put T15 map to the T1-14 maps, because I already have a whole chest of it, there is no way to customize it.

I never used a filter before, because those made too much work when customizing or even require to create an account, which I would not want. Your one comes closer to what I'm looking for. I would prefer it as offline tool, but would not mind much about using it as web service as long as access is easy as it is.

On long it would also be helpful to be able to edit the already customized filter, because I may got the scepter from last filter, but now I don't need it anymore, but realized I want a specific helmet or I'm looking for specific loot for my second character and don't want to recreate the whole customization.

The default colors are much nicer than I saw for other filters, good job.

I dislike that your page needs googletagmanager (for me it's blocked, for other people not).

However, I would start using it at the moment I could filter specific items, like in the category for Orb of Chance, but for any rarity. Everything else is a nice bonus. Overall, well done.

Thank you for your feedback. In the future, I plan to add saving and editing of saved filters, as well as custom rules for highlighting specific items.
Update Notes:

- fixed display issues for certain currencies;
- added customization for "Quest Items";
- added "High Level Items";
- added "Quality Items";
- added "Corrupted Items";
- locked adding and removing items for "Map Fragments" and "Splinters".
Updates:

- added "Item Tiers";
- in the "Uber" filter, rare items are now displayed only from Tier 3–5.
