Delirious Monster vs Delirium Monsters?

There is a minor idol that says: "Delirious Monsters killed in your maps provide #% increased reward progress". Does this refer to those white dudes (Name is Delirium Monsters), or is it general monsters (legion, breaches) on my delirium orb map?

I believe delirious monsters are all of the monsters which are effected by delirium in the map.
